Protecting Our Environment
We are always looking to improve the care of our Environment. We limit the use of many materials and we strive to find materials that are recyclable or reusable. We reuse packing material, including starch fillers which are biodegradable as well as boxes or padded envelopes, when available. We ensure these materials are clean and are suitable for purpose. Any plastics that we do use can be easily recycled or reused. Certain products we make are legally required to have certain plastics such as PET containers, to store the products in. These containers again are recyclable and can be reused using our refill service, which we do encourage customers to do.
Protecting Our Animals
No Animal Testing
We do not support any Animal Testing on any ingredient we use or on our finished products. All our suppliers are vetted by us to ensure that they do not test any of their products on animals.
Refunds and Returns
Should any product reach you in less than a perfect condition, we will happily replace or offer a refund for the product once the original has been returned to us. We cannot guarantee a replacement as stock may be depleted, therefore a refund will be offered. The Customer is responsible for the cost of postage when returning the item to us unless there has been a mistake made on our behalf. Refunds can be accessed within a maximum of 14 days. After this time items cannot be returned or refunded. Items can only be returned if they are in a suitable condition for resale and is in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products we will not accept opened or partially used products. All requests for returns / refunds must be put in writing via email, within 7 days of purchase stating the reason for return / refund. Once this time frame has passed we cannot accept the item back.
Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by Artisan Crafts. The following are our terms & conditions. Should you place an order, it is to be assumed you accept all terms and conditions as they are set out. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions please refrain from making any purchases.
We do not currently charge VAT. If in the future we are to charge VAT on all orders we have the right to do so without notification to members / customers. Any orders that have taken place pre-VAT will be honoured and not charged any VAT on already accepted orders.
Pricing & Remittance: All our products are priced in Great British Pounds, (GBP). All orders are to be paid in full prior to orders being accepted and sent to you. We do not offer any type of credit and should for any reason your payment has not gone through the system correctly, you will be notified when it has become apparent to us, and an alternative method of payment will be taken. If you receive products you have ordered, you are expected to pay for those products.
Wholesale Orders: We accept wholesale orders. Should you require us to provide you with replenished stock at regular intervals or large orders (more than 30) of the same product, we are happy to do so at a discounted price. Customisable Products: It is your responsibility to ensure that the space provided on specific products, has enough information for us to make your customised products. The more we know what you require the closer we can be to what you expect from us. Any customised orders cannot be changed, returned, or cancelled. These items can only be replaced within 7 days of delivery. If your item arrived with you and is damaged, you must submit in writing with photographs of the product, the packaging and anything else you feel contributed to the product being faulty or damaged. Please submit these together.
If you do not require a replacement we will refund the cost to you.
Returns: All customers have the right to cancel their website order, except customised products. Customers may return their order within 14 days and receive a full refund provided the order is returned in full, in its original packaging and suitable for resale. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the order or item was sent in error then the company will pay for the shipping costs to return this item to us. We will not refund customers who have damaged their goods, we will only refund if the goods arrive damaged to you and as mentioned proof is required.
Customs charges: All customs and duty charges are payable by the customer.
UK / EU Cosmetic regulations: We can confirm that all products sold by Artisan Crafts are fully compliant with EU cosmetic regulations and all our products have cosmetic product safety reports.
Copyright/Intellectual Property: All images, websites design, literature, product descriptions and products are the property of Artisan Crafts. You may not copy, sell, use personally or professionally, or distribute any of this information without Artisan Crafts prior consent. This request to consent is to be submitted in writing and a response will be issued. The response shall be followed fully. If the response is not followed fully we shall take legal action against any person found to be not following this policy.
Postage and Delivery:
the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery. We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries; however, this low-cost postage is not tracked. Please be aware of this. You may wish to select the tracked method of delivery, if you do this incurs a higher cost.
We provide free shipping in the UK for orders over £100.
Outside of the UK:
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of products. The Shipping costs for outside of the UK will be calculated for you at checkout. All orders outside of the UK are sent by couriers and are tracked.
Any charges you may incur at customs are payable by the customer.
We at Artisan Crafts will never sell your information to anyone. We only retain information needed to process orders, payments, and subscriptions. We will never ask for bank details. If you cannot pay for your order at that time due to fault with your payment method, contact your bank immediately if you are worried. We never need to know any password for any purpose. If anyone contacts you saying they are from Artisan Crafts please verify their identify with us by email. We answer emails within a short period of time. If you are uncertain please end the call with the person calling you and tell them you need to verify who they are with the company, then verify with us. If it was us who contacted you we would know from our contact list and can confirm either way if it was us calling you or not.
